US
Independence Day has been an federal holiday since 1941 where all the
US members of the country celebrate is auspiciously. It is the
anniversary of the publication of the declaration of independence from
Great Britain in 1776.
Every year 4th July is celebrated as Independence Day in US
According
to the Americans traditions, the US family members celebrate the event
with barbecues, showing a great deal of emphasis on political freedom.
Activities like watermelon or hot dog eating competitions, sports
events includes swimming and basketball are popular.
The American flag which marks the respect to the Independence day, so people use to place those flags before homes or offices. Fireworks are special when they crack with loud music and enthusiasm. Since there are many public events, parades, shows and fireworks displays, which may cause local disruption to traffic.
The US goverment plays an crucial way to be a part of this event, with march past and parade. The National Anthem -"The Star-Spangled Banner"
is sung in delight and respect. The president Barack Obama hosts the
national flag and the whole crowd celebrate the day of respect. The flag
is of stars and red and white strips.
The most powerful country US , with Washington DC as the captital stands in pride on 4th July. Independence
Day (American Birthday) is a patriotic holiday for celebrating the
positive aspects of the United States. Many politicians appear at public
events to show their support for the history, heritage and people of
their country. All the People in the United States express and give
thanks for the freedom and liberties fought by the first generation of
many of today's Americans. The Statue of Liberty is indeed a national
monument that is associated with Independence Day.
Birth of US Independence
During the initial battles in
the Revolutionary War broke out in April 1775, few colonists desired
complete independence from Great Britain. As a desire to be successful, a
Congress-met was been in Pennsylvania State House (later Independence Hall) in Philadelphia. A five-man committee was held including John Adams, who declared 4th July as official date for Independence.
